§ 1 General Provisions
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the business relationship between Patric Nolle – Ingenieurbüro Dipl.-Ing. Patric Nolle (hereinafter: nolle.engineering) and the customer in the version valid at the time of the order. The contract language is German.
Customers within the meaning of these GTC are consumers, entrepreneurs, and other natural and legal persons.
A “consumer” within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction with nolle.engineering for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession. (§ 13 BGB)
An “entrepreneur” within the meaning of these GTC is a natural or legal person who enters into a business relationship with nolle.engineering in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession.
§ 2 Ordering & Conclusion of Contract
nolle.engineering confirms receipt of the order to the customer immediately via email. This confirmation of receipt does not constitute a binding acceptance of the order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
In transactions with consumers, the purchase contract is concluded with the delivery of the goods; otherwise, with the handover to the carrier.
The submission of an order by the customer does not yet result in a contract between the customer and nolle.engineering. If the customer selects the payment method “PayPal,” the contract is concluded with the sending of the order confirmation and payment request.
For shipments to consumers, nolle.engineering bears the transport risk.
To place an order, the customer must go through the following steps:
- The item is placed in the shopping cart without obligation by clicking on “Add to Cart.”
- All items in the shopping cart can be viewed by clicking on the “Cart” link. Here, items can also be deleted or the quantity changed.
- To purchase the items in the shopping cart, click on the “Checkout” link. This starts the encrypted order process. Registration is required for the order.
- In the order process, the billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address are first entered.
- Subsequently, the payment details can be entered. At this point, there is also the opportunity to provide comments on the order and any further information and wishes regarding the shipping.
- Before submitting the order, an overview of all data of the planned orders (especially billing and delivery address, product, price, quantity, payment method) is provided on the overview page. By clicking on “edit,” the entered data can be corrected and adjusted.
- By clicking on the “Place Order” button, you submit your order. This constitutes an offer to conclude a purchase contract.
§ 3 Right of Withdrawal, Withdrawal Policy, Consequences of Withdrawal
Consumers (§ 13 BGB) are granted a right of withdrawal according to § 355 BGB.
Customers who are not consumers within the meaning of these GTC are granted a voluntary 14-day right of return, with the return shipment being at the customer’s cost and risk. The period begins with the conclusion of the purchase contract, but not before delivery of the goods to the specified delivery address.
In dealings with customers who are not consumers within the meaning of these GTC, action goods and special offers are excluded from the right of return in addition to the items excluded from the right of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

nolle.engineering retains ownership of the delivered products until full payment of the purchase price.
§ 8 Warranty
The legal regulations apply for liability and warranty.
The warranty period for used items is 12 months. Claims for damages remain unaffected by this regulation. Any warranties do not limit the statutory warranty claims.
The customer is requested to report delivered goods with obvious transport damage to the carrier and inform the seller. Failure to do so has no consequences for the customer’s statutory or contractual warranty claims.
§ 9 Final Provisions
Exclusively German law applies.
If the private end consumer does not have a domicile within the European Union, our place of business is the place of jurisdiction.
In dealings with end consumers within the European Union, the law at the end consumer’s place of residence may also be applicable, provided it involves mandatory consumer law provisions.
